The Solid State Logic SiX bundles 40 years of creative studio workflow expertis into one compact high-end mixer, offering SuperAnalogue microphone and line channels, a Listen Mic-compressor, a talk function and more to set you up with that ‘big console sound’. Fully balanced from front panel to back panel (except for the headphone output), the SSL SiX operates across a huge dynamic range at minimum noise to leave nothing but extremely-detailed, crystal-clear audio over six channels: two stereo mic channels and two standard stereo channels.

SuperAnalogue Sound

The two mono channels of the SSL SiX are equipped with SuperAnalogue mic preamps, resulting in a transparent, swift and wide gain range. Combined with the built-in phantom power supply and 75Hz high-pass filter, the results are impressive to say the least. Solid State Logic have also loaded in independent line-level inputs that can be dropped into Hi-Z instrument mode at the push of a button, and each channel features an SSL Channel Compressor circuit and a two-band EQ that offers individual switching between shelf and bell curves. All the while, the 100mm faders give you enhanced gain range control compared to standard 60mm faders.
