Parties Involved

Lessor: Ready Ibiza Sound & Lighting, located at Calle Colom, number 13, Santa Eulalia del Río, Ibiza, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR.

Lessee: Your registered account at Ready Ibiza, which includes your name, account on the website, ID and/or passport, and a registered location for the lease, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE.

Object

The LESSOR agrees to lease the following equipment to the LESSEE, who accepts and receives the equipment, understanding its extent, condition, usage, and characteristics:

• Quantity
• Equipment Description
• Brand
• Model

Lease Term

The lease term is mutually agreed upon for the period of the contracted product and requested time of lease, starting and ending on the days indicated in the order performed by the LESSEE. Upon the expiry of the lease term, the LESSEE must return the equipment in the same condition as it was delivered.

If the LESSEE fails to return the equipment on time, a fee agreed upon in the contract between the LESSOR and the LESSEE upon delivery will apply for each period of delay. Any breach of this nature can be openly discussed by notifying the delay in advance, and an extension of the contract can be arranged if both parties agree and the equipment is available. The LESSOR reserves the right to reclaim the equipment at its own discretion.

Price

The agreed rental price has to be paid in advance upon the completion of the equipment test with the LESSEE. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer, or cash.

The LESSEE will pay 50% of the total amount through the website at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% to be paid upon delivery and before any services are rendered.

Deposit

When booking on our website, a 50% deposit fee is required. After functional tests upon delivery, the LESSEE must pay the remaining balance once everything is set up.

Depending on the rental conditions, an additional deposit may be required as security for the proper usage and condition of the equipment. This deposit will cover any damages or contractual breaches and will not be used as an excuse for non-payment of the rental price.

Maintenance

The equipment will be installed and uninstalled by the LESSOR to ensure proper functioning and to demonstrate possible uses. If the installation is outdoors, the equipment will be removed immediately after the event, even if the 24-hour rental period has not been completed.

The LESSEE is responsible for providing security for the equipment and the LESSOR’s technical staff, if any. The LESSEE will also be liable for any aesthetic or functional damages to the rented equipment, covering repair or replacement costs.

Liability for Damages

The LESSEE is solely responsible for any damages caused to people or property due to misuse of the rented equipment, exonerating the LESSOR from any liability.

Non-Refundable Situations

No time or money will be refunded in the following cases:

• Power outages, failures, and/or suspension of electricity supply.
• Rain if the event is not sheltered.
• If the LESSEE orders the service to be suspended before the scheduled time.
• Unauthorized relocation of the equipment.
• Event suspension due to lack of necessary licenses and/or permits, or issues with neighbors or associations.

Subletting and Assignment

The LESSEE may not sublet or assign the equipment in whole or in part without prior written consent from the LESSOR.

Relocation Prohibition

Relocating the installed equipment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate contract termination.

Early Cancellation

If the LESSEE cancels the contract, the deposit will not be refunded due to pre-event reservation expenses and potential loss of clients.

Schedule

If the LESSOR does not arrive at the agreed time due to unforeseen circumstances, the service time will be compensated by providing the delayed time plus an additional 30 minutes. The LESSEE must allow reasonable time for equipment dismantling.

An agreement can be made to extend the rental period at an additional hourly rate. This must be requested at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end time and paid immediately; otherwise, the original contract time will be upheld.

Equipment Return

The LESSEE declares they have received the equipment in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition. The LESSEE will be liable for any damages incurred.

Jurisdiction

Both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Ibiza to resolve any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
